When looking at Cases, tap on the orange 𝑖 in the upper-right corner. The names, titles, phone and fax numbers of the team members assigned to your case will be provided.
When looking at Cases, tap on the orange arrow on a specific case. This will take you to the Case Messages where you will be able select to view the Inbox, Sent, or Draft (if applicable).
Yes, tapping on the arrow next to the document name allows you to preview it.
In addition to the notifications sent via email, you can enable push notifications to allow the app to alert you to new messages in your case.
Once you are viewing your case, there is a "+" in the upper right corner. Tap on it, compose your message, attach any necessary files, and tap on the paper airplane in the upper right corner to send. You may also tap Reply when you viewing a message.
When creating a new message, tap on Build from Images to attach saved pictures or take a new picture. By tapping Choose File, you will be able to attach other file types like PDF, Excel, or Word.
The app only allows one draft message. If there is an existing draft message, it needs to be sent or deleted before the app allows you to create another message.
Draft messages expire (and are deleted) after 36 hours. Also, draft messages are specific to the user who created them and the device that was used. If you were to use a different device or someone else with authorized access to your case were to log in, the draft message would not be available.
The app uses the local time zone. If you sent the message in one time zone and traveled to a different time zone, the sent time will reflect the time the message was sent in the current time zone.

Yes. We take the security of our member's personal information very seriously. This app is a secure way for you to access your information and send messages with files privately and safely.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security that verifies the app user’s identity. When MFA is set up, a code is sent to the mobile phone or email address that you provide, and you must enter this code to gain access to your private information. You can choose to remember a device for 30 days.
In Settings under Security you can toggle “Enable Touch ID/Enable Face ID” on and off as needed.
Memberships can be purchased at any time up to the point that a notice is issued. Select Purchase under the menu options, and you will be directed to our website to choose a membership and process the payment.
